ManTech International Corporation is an American defense contracting firm that was co-founded in 1968 by Franc Wertheimer and George J. Pedersen. The company name "ManTech" is a portmanteau formed through the combination of "Management" and "Technology." Revenues increased from $431 million in 2001 to $1.96 billion in 2018.
